Once you’ve got your student visa, inform us about the details of your arrival (the date and time). The representative person of the Russian Educational and Cultural Centre “RUSVUZ” will arrange your transportation from the airport to the university.

APPLY AND GET THE INVITATION LETTER
To apply for studies and get the invitation letter, it is required to send us the scanned copies of the following documents:

VISA APPLICATION
After getting invitation letter, applicants should contact the nearest Embassy of Russia or the Consulate. He/she should apply to Russian Embassy with the following documents:
ARRIVAL
After getting visa from the Embassy of Russia or Consulate, students should provide us with flight ticket in advance (at least 5 days before departure date in order to organize airport pick up).
